When to get in touch
Confidential AI for your practice — If you are a lawyer, fiduciary, accountant, or run a software consultancy, and you have work that AI could assist with but cannot move to a cloud service for confidentiality reasons, this is the conversation to start. We assess whether your use case calls for a conversational system or an agent, select and evaluate models, build the application, and host and run it on infrastructure you control. Describe the type of work you do and the documents or data involved.
Infrastructure design or migration — If you are moving to self-hosted infrastructure, consolidating a fragmented environment, or building out on-premise systems for the first time — and you need it done with a documented architecture and no downtime — describe where you are starting from and where you want to end up.
Engineering and architecture — If you need custom software built properly, have inherited a system you do not fully understand, or are facing a design decision that will be expensive to reverse, a focused engagement gives you something concrete: working code, a documented assessment, or a clear set of options with the trade-offs written down.
Security — If you want to know whether your environment is actually secure — not just compliant with a checklist — we review exposed services, privilege boundaries, and secret handling, and produce findings ranked by real exploitability. Pre-launch reviews, infrastructure hardening, and incident response planning are all in scope.
Ongoing technical support — Some clients work with us on a recurring basis: a few hours a month for technical guidance, code review, or being the on-call expert when something breaks on a Saturday.
What to include in your first message
- What your organisation does and the specific problem or decision you are facing
- For AI enquiries: the type of documents or data involved and why cloud AI is not an option
- Your rough timeline and whether there is a deadline
You do not need a polished brief. A rough description of the situation is enough to start a conversation.
